Bought the RZ3016 in May and have run it about 5 hours since...escalated

Question:

Bought the RZ3016 in May and have run it about 5 hours since purchasing. All has been great till got back from vacation, started it up and have not been able to take it out of garage without the engine dieing when I either disengage the parking brake or any other combination of things. The deck is at highest level, blades disengage and the steering arms in full neutral. Help? Have no idea what is causing the machine to die.

Check your connection on the seat switch. It may simply came unplugged. Many of these connectors now contain a shorting strip to prevent this part of the safety from being disable by simply unplugging the connector.
