Neutral Spacer. How do I remove the neutral spacer [430469]...escalated

Question:
Neutral Spacer. How do I remove the neutral spacer [430469] to get at the bolt [430817 to remove the Friction Disc [428301] which is broken? I can't seem to get the spacer to budge and don't want to damage it. Thanks.
