Question:
I have 3 questions which were submitted in June 2012 and July 2012 respectively, when I purchased a New Husqvarna Chainsaw. The questions are listed as escalated, and it seems like over 7 months is a long time to wait for a warranty issue answer. I am sure fairly soon you are going to tell me they are out of warranty! The chainsaw was less than a week old when I asked the questions, what is going on? Please let me know something.
