Leaf Blowers

I have a 130BT Leaf Blower. It will start cold and run for 10 minutes (Slightly off from the choke off position). I pick it up to put it on my back and it dies before I put the first strap on. Can get it running afterwards until it is cold. I have rebuilt the carburetor twice, new spark plug, cleaned the spark arrestor & muffler, and I change the fuel filter twice. Any advice.
