    Question:
Bought a Husqvarna Z254 mower a few months back and am about to to be sending it to the repair shop for the 3rd time and it only has 11 hour on it. The first time they could not find anything wrong with it. The second time, I was told that they think it could be an issue with the carburator but that I would have to go to an authorized Briggs and Stratton dealer to have them work on it. I called a local authorized dealer and was told that this may not be covered under my warranty since it could be a fuel related issue. I already had the Husqvarna authorized dealer tell that the fuel in the machine was good. What recourse do I have if the Briggs and Stratton dealer tells me the repair is not under warranty? I have already been suffering with not being able to use the mower and not I could be stuck with a large repair bill on a brand new tractor.
