    Question:
I just purchased a model 1830VH snow blower. After checking the oil and gassing it up, I was going to get familiar with the controls before we get a major snow. It started twice, running for about 10 seconds each time and now won't start. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the question.

First check the fuel make sure valve is turned on, and there is enough fuel in it. Second make sure the oil level is correct if it is low it will not start. Third check the plug make sure it is not fuel fouled. If the 3 things I asked you to check are good then you will need to get to a dealer to have them check the unit out sir could have a safety switch issue or a coil issue.

Thanks again and have a great day.

      Thanks Greg,

It turned out I had not put in enough gasoline. The tank is bigger than I thought. Runs great.
