Is there a specific reason Husqvarna doesn't have a way to email them directly for support or to report a problem with the product. I don't really want to go through phone support.
Answer
No answer. I am having the same problem. I am simply trying to submit a rebate claim online, and it doesn't go through. I wish there was a simple way to send an email, or do a quick chat.

Would like the same email information. Not good practice these days for customer services not to have an email address.
