    I recently registered my new Poulin Pro chainsaw and on the box it mentioned the free carrying
    case. How will I know if/when I qualify and when it might be received.

    Thanks for contacting Husqvarna to post your questions.

    It will take anywhere from 15 days to 3 weeks to receive the free case. If when you registered the unit it should have given you a reference number for the case. It is a time sensitive promotion but like I said if you fell within the approved date and you received the confirmation then you will receive the free case.
