    Question:
Cannot Register Product online. Fix your web site! There are dozens of posts all stating the same problem that they can’t register their product on line because the product model name search does not work. Not a single answer or reply form support to help, and no way to contact them. Sure seems like a convenient way not to have to honor any warranties if the customers can’t register.
    Details:

Manual says model is a 128LD Trimmer

The site is working just takes a little common sense.  Just got figure out how it wants the info entered. Just be carefully of the line wraps.

In the model search enter just 128 and press the blue search button.  The following is what was displayed when I did.

Thanks Eugene,  Your reply did help me to figure something out.  The problem was not a lack of common sense and I was entering the info exactly the same as you did and I'm sure all the others that have been posting about the problem did as well.

So here is the fix for any future customers who can not register the product on line due to that the model name search error:

      Use A Different Web Browser.

When I got the error I was using Intent Explorer and it did not work. After Eugene's post that it worked for him, I tried Chrome and it worked as expected.

Check your MS Internet Explorer settings I tried going thru IE11 and it works for me. Probably the cookies and privacy settings are blocking your access.

Normally I use Firefox 52 with NoScript on but for that page I need a setting of "Temporary all this page" to access. Now if access via my TOR browser I can't access it either; unless, I temporary allow all the scripts on the page.

Thanks Rich. I tried everything myself, but I was using a MacBook Pro (alias, Safari) and it would not find my new product either. The odd thing is, it is not even listed as a product on their website. Yet I purchased it at Lowes just yesterday. Anyway, thanks for the info. I will try it on Chrome as well.

Well Rich, hate to say it, but Chrome doesn't work either.

this was helpful however...as James posted it is not working. I tried with google chrome and safari and neither are coming up with the model #'s.   Is there a different solution here? Don't just assume we are idiots! Hey here's an idea...how about a customer service number. Maybe its just easier to take the product back to Lowe's get a refund and buy a Troy Built instead. I bet there customer service and warranty department work.

The Web site is still junk.  When I try and look at my account overview, profile ... the results take me back to their main products page.  I cannot locate my previously registered products for warranty details.  ie when it expires

      Fix your web site.
