    Question:
The first time I tried to tighten the chain on my new saw, the nuts were so tight the scrench broke trying to loosen them. This saw was less than 2 weeks old at the time. How do I get a replacement? The saw is a model PP5020AV S/N: 1135N201047.

      Thanks for the question.

Sorry about your problem. Who ever set it up must have used a regular socket and ratchet. You can purchase one from www.ordertree.com or can contact your local dealer . Lowes and Home Depot may also have some in stock.

Thanks and have a great day.
