    Question:
    Hello,

I just bought a 350BT, got it from Amazon.com, when it showed up the clamp that holds the throttle lever in place was broken (looks like p/n 544 27 59-02). Do I need to return this to amazon or is there another way to get it fixed?

    Thanks very much!!

     Hi James

Thanks for contacting the Answer Army to post your questions.

Your best and quickest bet would be to take the machine to a local Husqvarna service center, there they can "set up" the machine and order the clamp under warranty.

Thanks again from the Husqvarna Technical Services Team

Same exact problem for me. I will take it to a service center. Based on the number of complaints on this part someone should look into the problem.

I have the exact same problem.  Could you just send a new one to me via post?  You have already sent me the cable retention ring and the hose clamp (ratchet-type).  But as you can see from the picture above, those are not the right part I need.

      Thanks.
