Why does my HU700H have difficulty restarting? It starts on first pull, but if I shut it down, it will not restart unless it rest for a minimum of 30 minutes.
This is the second unit since Father's Day 2016. After the first mower experienced this issue, I returned it to Lowes for an exchanged. The 2nd units didn't have any issues for the first couple of weeks, now its back to the original issue.
I use new 91 fuel and the oil level is appropriate. I have heard of other owners experiencing similar problems with this model.

Answer
If your is one of the Briggs with auto choke then the choke may be needing adjusting as it is not closing quickly enough especially on short start-ups.
