    Question:
Where do I go to get a new Friction Wheel part # 532 43 65-59? Used the mower twice and chunks of rubber from the friction wheel broke off, making the mower inoperable. There is no place in my area to take the mower too for warrenty work so I will have to do it myself. Have tried to order from your web site with Order Tree, but no go with their site. Where else can I buy one?

PS, where the pieces came off of the wheel, I noticed the remaining rubber has spots in it that are not even glued to the wheel. Bad quality on the fiction wheel.

    Thank you for contacting AnswerARMY.

The part can be ordered from Ordertree.com, Sears, or any Husqvarna, Poulan or Weedeater service center.

I would encourage that you get this machine to a local authorized service center to have the machine evaluated and potentially the disc may be of a warrantable nature.

You can find your local Weed Eater dealers for sales and service as well as manuals and a place to order parts using the link provided http://www.weedeater.com choose the appropriate link at the bottom of the page.

Service Locator  (Canadian customers use postal code no spacing)
    Contact Us
    Download Manuals (Operator's and IPL's)
Order Parts (This is a third party company not Weed Eater)  or can contact local dealer.

Your local dealer is your best and fastest source of information.

All repairs for warranty consideration must be evaluated and completed by an authorized Weed Eater service center. If determined to be warranty the repairs will be completed by the servicing dealer, the servicing dealer will file the necessary claims. If not warranty the dealer should provide an estimate or quote for the required repairs.
