    Question:
I just recently purchased a model 235 E-series. The chain has fallen off of the tract and I cannot get the chain back on. I understand that the round "flip open" device is supposed to be manipulated in some way in order to shorten the tract back into the slotted position would should allow me to reattach the chain. I've tried to break the code of the circular "flip open" thing but to no avail. Help!

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have had this problem.

Please refer to your operators manual for bar and chain replacement / tensioning.

Also refer to the video that I include the link here.

If the bottom of the teeth are damaged (because the chain came off) the chain may not fit into the bar and you would need to purchase a replacement.
