    Question:
    Hello!

A year ago we bought a 356BT blower, sold to us as powerful, quiet, and ergonomic. We use this machine daily, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. This brand new machine has been in for authorized service 3 times already. The first time was to replace the fuel lines, which broke at the pinch points where they enter into the fuel tank. The other two times have been for low blowing velocity and when warmed up, for having difficulty regaining rpm once you let off the throttle and get back on it. It has been to two separate Husqvarna dealers for service, and they feel it is overheating, a design flaw they guess. They tell me to run it without the back cover, which is a smelly experience, lots of fumes (and incidentally did not correct the power issues we're having). The dealers shrug their shoulders, and tell me to buy a new blower. I think this unit is either a lemon, or a poorly designed Edsel of the blower world. In either case, I regret my investment in this Husqvarna product. My staff now refuse to use it, instead preferring to use a Stihl hand-held blower, even for big jobs like clearing parking lots. Quite a statement.

I would like two things from Husqvarna:
    1) A recommendation for a powerful Husqvarna backpack blower to replace it
    2) A credit toward the purchase of a new blower to improve my current opinion of Husqvarna products, and to help me remain loyal to Husqvarna, which has not let me down in the past.

Thank you for your consideration of my request.
