trimmer 122C,purchased 8/23/2012 Fast forward 6/13/2013 would not choke completely and would not start.Machine was hard to choke when I brought home and I thought it would break in.Not so as I am now being told the Warranty does not cover carburetor or any linkage.In my owners manual,page 22,Federal and California emissions control it states Carburetor and internal parts are covered.Is this a covered Item or not.This trimmer has less than 20 hours on it and there should be no problems with it.Thanks for clearing this up.
