    I have posted this issue several times already and nobody from husqvarna responded to my problem. Husqvarna website says someone will reply within 24 hours to your question . I have a husqvarna tractor model logth2448t , My issue is my frame on the chassis is cracked on both sides towards the rear tires. I have my lawnmower at common cents a husqvarna dealer. Common cents is located in Fenton ,Missouri . Common cents told me they have seen this issue before and they got husqvarna to warranty the problem with another customer. Common cents talked to husqvarna about my issue to see if they would warranty my cracked frame and husqvarna said no they would not warranty my cracked frame. Common cents told me husqvarna warranty the other person's cracked frame and the tractor was out of warranty . My tractor is out of warranty too. I would like to talk to someone about my issue .       I have a Husqvarna 23 hp ,48 inch riding tractor that I bought in March 2008. I take very good care of all my equipment and service it regularly . This past summer I was mowing the acre I mow when the engine just blew up. I now know from reading the other post here that Husqvarna will do nothing to help me.

        So with that , let me say that I will be buying another lawn tractor, but this time it won't be from Husqvarna. I also think if anyone else is thinking about buying a tractor, they should do the same thing. Anytime you spending $2,000.00 or more , and it only last 4 years, then it's time to go some place else.

      Good luck in getting the AskArmy staff to respond.  I had a issue with attempting to register on-line.  After six attempts, still no confirmation.  Guess AskArmy doesn't know how to respond to any support questions.  Yea, what happened to the 24 hour response time?  I'm pretty fed up with this and plan on returning my blower to Lowes for a refund and let them know that Husqvarna is not very supportive and suggest that they drop the line from their stores.

      This is still a relevant issue, let people know that even in 2018, Husqvarna will not honor their frame warranty. Mine is a GT48DXLS I bought last year. I have 63hrs on it and 11 months. The frame buckled and Husqvarna has excuses! Let people Know.
