    Question:
What is AnswerArmy TM ? Pls. correct me if I don't understand correctly!
    Details:

This web site is owned by Husqvarna (which aquired Poulan TM, Weedeater TM and McCulloch TM/Jenn Feng Outdoors Products Division TM).

This is a "public Support Group" where a team of 26 Husqvarna team members are "dedicated to verifying that all answers are correctly answered".
It is mentioned that they "are new" and already answered to 1839 questions (this number does not change from what I've noticed).

When we post a question, we can see that other up to 7 subscribers are going to receive our post - 5 of them seems to be third parties - their name is NOT mentioned at About Us page, one is "Admin" and the only Husqvarna representative, Greg. P. - "which was last active at July 27, 2012" .

From what I've seen, only one person will read and escalate the questions... and I seen no official answers from Husqvarna representatives - at least to my questions, posted starting w. Aug. 20 2013 - this is 4 days ago... and counting!

At the today's date - 08/24/2013, the number of opened questions is 2897, and the oldest ESCALATED and unanswered question is dated October 26 2011.

On the other hand "Questions that aren't correctly answered by other customers will be answered by AnswerArmy within 24 hours".
08/24/2013 minus 10/26/2011 is almost 22 months ago!

The only top moderator shown (Greg P.) was last active at July 27, 2012 (over one year ago!)

The "Recent News" link is broken, going to..
"This page can’t be displayed" "Make sure the web address http://ethanol.husqvarna.com  is correct".

I see BIG systemic issues at Husqvarna HQ!

Should I have any hope that somebody will answer my questions?

I would like to hear other opinions from Husqvarna customers regarding AnswerArmy.com (TM) web site and the QOS of Husqvarna's Customer Service.

    Thank you in advance.
