Chainsaws

I bought my 440 x-torq last june 2013. im not sure where my papers are, but I was pulling to start. which is difficult to begin eith. well the last time I pulled the plastic that the cord is wound on broke. it wont grab to retract back. the part says pa6-md, m-2563. im not sure what I need to do next, I kno its under warranty also. thanks
