    I have a Husqvarna 55 saw with tag serial number 4382667....

    Question:
    I have a Husqvarna 55 saw with tag serial number 4382667. These are the only numbers on tag other than "Husqvarna 55 Husqvarna AB, Husqvarna, Sweden". (See pic below.)

    I'm trying to find out its date of production. It doesn't seem have your conventional serial# format for a Husky.

    Anyone out there have an answer for me?

      That puts it as a 1994 manufactured during 38 week. Husqvarna changed over to a 2 digit year in 2000. and then to a full 4 digit year that is currently used.
