Can be one several things but first since this has a spark arrester screen on muffler I would check it for carbon clogging. Next try putting fuel directly in the cylinder and see if it hits.
If you have compression tester check the compression. It must be at least 100 for it even hit. If below 100 suspect either stuck ring or cylinder/piston damage.
A few test can done but need the result of the above so to which which direction to troubleshoot from here.
