I recently purchased a Husqvarna 961450026 LC221A 4-in-1 All Wheel Drive Mower.
It doesn't have an air filter cover or air filter. Where could I purchase these 2 items?

I always check at Lowes, Home Depot, and then Sears for most parts. You can also find a dealer in your area.

Any of your Briggs small engine repair shop should be able to get you parts you need for that 093J02-0068-F1. For me it only takes a couple business weekdays to order in Briggs parts; some shop it may only one day depending where the distributor is.
