    Question:
I have a Husqvarna walk behind mower that is so poorly designed that I hate to use it. Unfortunately I paid so much for it that I'm stuck with it. Besides i would be ashamed to sale it to someone else. I bought this mower because my daughter wanted to earn money cutting grass, but my Honda push mower that will be 18 years old and has only been in the shop for routine service, was heavy and not self propelled. I paid over $500 dollars at Lowes the Husqvarna. I took it in for warranty work because the bag falls off, the wheel height can not be maintained so it scalps the grass, all of the knobs fell off, my Honda has all of the originals, The Husqvarna self propel unit would not disengage when pulling the mower backwards. You would actually have to pick up the back of the mower with the wheels off the ground, engage it then it would disengage. When i got it back they didn't replace the knobs and the the next time I used it everything that you repaired was no different that before I took it in. Since then the mower leaks gas, the wheel height rod for the back wheels broke and I had to weld it. At that point I saw what a terrible job they did welding it . Also the air filter case is broken and another knob fell off. more parts have fallen off the bag. I almost forgot about the auto choke. This is the only engine I have to prime in the spring to get started. I don't need to tell you the model # because If you know anything you know the one I'm talking about. I called your number and everything stops there. She can only tell you where to take it. I want to know where I can get parts that have been reengineered to work. Do you really think I should pay for parts that will fail by this time next year. I want to hear some solution. You know it is junk. I do have a Husqvarna chainsaw that has never failed me and I'm very happy with it. I tend to do business with companies that admit problems and work to resolve them. Poor Poor Poor engineering but I'm stuck with it. I sure hope I don't get hurt dragging the weight of the mower in reverse. Please help
