In October of 2012 I purchased the Poulan Pro PP4218AVX chainsaw from The Home Depot. I registered it online a few days later so I could get the free carry case for it. I have never received the case and it has been about 7 months now and still no case. The email confirmation number you sent me is 121025-002867 The sku number on the saw is 966682401. Can you fix this issue. Thank you

Well judging by how I have not received an answer from anyone from Poulan I can only come to the conclusion that they really don't give a ***. So that being the case rest assured I will never buy another Poulan, Husqvarna, AYP, McCulloch or any other product made by this sorry excuse of a company.
