Question:
I purchased an ST230P SnowBlower and have probably 6 hours on it. The recoil is no more good. Should be simple - get a new part and get it fixed. Wait over a week for a new recoil - they send the wrong part. Go back to where I purchased it, they send me to their warranty shop - and he tells me he is not qualified to do Husqvarna warranty repairs. I am disappointed for sure. Thought I was buying a good machine , paid over $1800 and used it a few times. Try and find a number at Husqvarna to get some sort of support - can't get a number of someone that will help. Perhaps someone will email me back

Hopefully this is the correct number for them.
Frankly I won't sell anything that I can't warranty excluding consumables. There have been times that I do that out of my pocket because I could not get a company to stand behind their warranty.
