Leaf Blowers

I just purchased a new 125BX leaf blower/vacuum and the. Unit came with a standard bolt and nut for the tube clamp bolt and nut (with knurled plastic hand grip) depicted on the assembly guide. How can I get the one intended to be hand tightened rather than requiring 2 tools to make the change required to go from blowing to vacuuming?
