Hi, on model PR55y21RH auto walk mower, how is the throttle...escalated

Question:
Hi, on model PR55y21RH auto walk mower, how is the throttle
adjustment made. It starts fine with choke on, then the spring
return shuts the choke off and it idles. But there should be
a shift adjustment for faster speed out of idle when your
ready to cut grass. There is no levers on this mower. This
unit has the Honda Engine on it.
