    the 350 chainsaw has a problem with mufflers falling off.You have redesigned the muffler.there is no service bulltin and you offer no replacment part free of charge.it would seem this is a design defect and should be warrentied.Both my neighbor,who i talk into buying this saw have had same problem.

    We did issue a Service Bulletin # B0800015 that tells all about this repair with the replacement part numbers. As long as the saw in question falls within the serial range it will be covered.

        please show how to acess this service bulletin or give serial no that apply.I called local dealer with bulletin no,has not gotten back to me.Called your help line they could not find this service bulletin no.

      Hello - my 350 saw has had this same issue several times!  Is there a way to find/read this Service Bulletin?  My serial number is 04 5001392 - is this in the covered range?
