String Trimmers

i bought anew string trimer 1 month a go got to use it for the frist time yesterday used the oil that came with the trimmer to 1 gallon of fresh gas 50:1 mix just like it says to fried up weed eater ran about 30 min strated bougin down and quit,started trimmer again ran sickly,well healed trimer straight up runs grate hold it down start starts boughing down again if i were trimming trees this might be all right but i am useing this as a weed eater no help from costermer ***.and to make thing even better not any of servive dealers in my area will answer there phone or no longer work on them i dont get it any sugestion
