    Question:
three issues with my Weedeater One, I Purchased my mower about 4 months ago. I'd love to get a mulching blade, first time I ever heard of a deflector shield was on these posts. Was I supposed to get one. Not sure if it even applies to this issue. Secondly, The collar holding the steering column pops out of place every single time I use it, usually within the first 5 minutes. I usually just drive it that way just to finish the lawn. Would like to know what to do. And lastly, 3 days ago I just finished cutting the grass, and heard an abrupt escape of air. Almost sounded like an air pressure relief valve. Come to find out, the tube on the right front tire split at the valve. Can't find a tube to replace it with. Did I get a lemon or are their similar issues with Weedeater One. Can you please put me in touch with someone who can remedy these problems.

    Thank you

Hi and thanks for using the Answer Army to post your questions.

We do have a mulch kit for the Weed Eater One machine but it is an option that does not come with your unit as standard equipment. You can however order one from either an online parts store, or one of our dealer/service centers. The part number is 532 42 97 58.

Secondly it sound like the steering collar lock nut has been stripped out and just needs to be replaced with a new metal one.

And lastly I don't know if there is a tube to put in the tire to replace the valve stem. You may just need to order a new tire assembly. As far as the tire and the steering lock, both of these may be under the original warranty. You just need to get in touch with one of our authorized service centers to get the replacement parts.

The service technicians are our eyes out in the field and can recommend a fix for your problems as well as order the mulching kit for your machine.
