    I've had a 560 BTS sitting at an Authorized Repair Center with a bad ignition coil for 11 weeks. I get the run around from your poorly trained, ignorant, verbally abusive call center. I'll keep posting here everyday so at least potential future customers can see just how contemptible this company is. Your warranty is worthless, your products are trash. Thank goodness you've ESCALATED my problem .Apparently that means more of the same total disregard for the customer.
