Question:
I hane a new Poulan Pro 20" chainsaw PP5020AV The last 3 times I have used it after 20 minutes the sprocket on the end of the chain bar freezes up. I have to dismantle the chain/chain bar, free it up, lubricate it and then go back to work. Is the chain bar defective? If it is, since the unit is 5 weeks old how to I get a replacement under warrenty?
