    Question:
I just bought the walk behind large rear wheel XT7 AutoWalk with the Kohler engine. It has no manual choke, no adjustments can be made to the carb and it does not have a throttle. This is all good and it does at this time run great, but, the engine seems to turn over hard. Is this common with this engine? Does this loosen up or is this going to create problems later on?

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have this concern.

The engine you describe is Kohler, any and all service and operational questions should be directed to Kohler.

I think there should be a point of ownership here.  If you don't want to address issues of the design and operation of all of the parts of that design, why do you use the parts in question?  I am starting to get a bad feeling about your products...

Hey Scott W, YOU CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? We don't make the motor on our mower? Pathetic.
