Shaft design problem
Details:
On the HU625HWT the spindle shaft bearing journals are undersized by .006" (diameter) causing premature spindle shaft wear. The bearings are .669" ID. I am currently having to send out the shafts for knurling at a local machine shop to correct the problem. This needs corrected by Husqvarna as this is not something the local shop needs to be doing at their expense. I can why the shaft is under sized for the trimmer head and ball but the journals needs knurling for tight bearing fit.
