Question:

I purchased a 122C string trimmer from Lowe's in Yuma, Arizona last October. The turn engine off rocker switch will not turn off the trimmer, and I have resorted to pulling the spark plug wire to turn it off. Do I need to return to Lowe's for service, or is there somewhere else to take it. It works great otherwise!
