Chainsaws

A week or so ago, I posted a question asking when I would recieve the chainsaw carry case for the Poulan Pro I purchased August 2011 and have not received an answer back from Answer Army......have you found out any information for me? do you have a contact number other than what is listed in the infromation packet? the number listed does not work. I have been told in the past to wait 4 weeks then 6 weeks then 8 weeks and then they do not know when I will get the case. this is not good business practices to advertise something then not follow through. This was a gift for my husband and I would like to give him the carry case that I should have recieved over a year ago. Please let me know if you can or cannot help me. Thank you.
