I purchased a factory refurbished HUSQVARNA 150BT Backpack Blower. On receipt I filled it with fuel an pressed the priming bulb. Fuel poured out of the engine on my hand and driveway. It looked to me that the carburetor gasket was missing. The dealer sent me a replacement unit which works great. Unfortunately, it cost me $17.81 to return the defective unit. It seems only fair that Husqvarna reimburse me for this cost. Please advise how I can make a claim. Thank you.

Unfortunately you would have to take this up with the dealer you purchased the reconditioned unit from. Since we do not sell product directly to the general public we have no way of knowing who refurbished the machine. If it was factory reconditioned it would have been ran before we sent it out to a dealership and the leak would have been found then.
I apologize for you inconvenience but again this would have to go through the dealer you purchased the unit from.
