Question:
Using a snow blower Model HU9027STB Serial 090303M 000718 Product # 9542230-74.
The left wheel hub insert that goes into the axle broke off of the rim. I bought a new one and had to pay $123 for it because it only comes with a tire as well. My dealer tells me that several customers are coming in with this problem.
Today, the right wheel hub broke. This seems to be a design/construction flaw. I do not think I should have to pay another $123. Moreover, the part is on back order. And, another storm is coming in three days.
I have owned several Husqvarna tools over 30 years and have always been pleased with quality and durability. This problem does not match my experience or expectations.
