April 28, 2013, I purchased a YTH22V46 from Mowers Direct. It seemed to work fine, then soon after first using it, I noticed a small seepage of oil on the edge of the mower deck, which then seeps underneath the deck to make a spot on the garage floor, after it sat awhile. At first I thought it might just be something from factory lubricants and would go away over time, but it hasn't and now it seems to have increased, plus the oil level has dropped some. I only have 7 hours on the mower. How is this covered under the warranty? I live near Elko, Nevada. Thanks.
Answer
I washed it off yesterday to determine where the leak is coming from. It appears to be dripping off of the end of the bolt that goes into the engine pulley.
