A deck that I haven't work on before. Here common things that cause vibration some of which may have already checked. I know it seems like a lot to check but when have vibration one or more things can cause the same problem.

          • Blade balance. I don't think this a problem as your already tried new blades.
          • Bent blades. I don't think this is a problem as you already tied new blades.
          • Blades. Make sure they mounted fully on to the star mounts of the spindle shafts. This a common problem with home owner mounted blades where they partially mount the blades and torque down the retaining bolts. When incorrectly mount the spindle star mounts also get damage requiring new spindle shafts.
          • Idler pulley bearings. Must rotate smoothly. Any notice hesitation is a sign bearing failure. This will the pulleys to stop just enough and then continue rotating to cause the belt to oscillate causing vibration.
          • Spindle bearings. When you attempt to move the blade tip up and down, does it move the spindle shaft. If does and more a tiny amount the bearing are worn and need replacing.
          • Spindle housings. Check that they are not broken at the mounting points. Now on other AYP/Husqvarna mowers the three point mounted one tend to break these from hard blade hits.
          • Spindle Shafts. Now although these are hard to get bent I have seen a couple them bent. This check by rotating the blades and watching for a wobble of the center mounting bolts.
          • Deck drive belt. Check that is undamaged and the correct length. If you used a new OEM belt this should not be the problem. Mention this because aftermarkets are sold as a will fit when they don't. You be surprise that a belt 1/8"-1/4" too short can cause problems on some designs.
          • And with this deck I see it has a reversing gear assembly on the RH spindle assembly. Need to check that the gears are not missing teeth and are not broken otherwise.

Good luck and please post back what you find to be the problem. Always nice hear if a problem get resolved and the solution was as it helps others.
