Question:

I have a 924hvx bought at Lowes in Feb 2014, I did not use the machine more then 3 times, if you look at the auger in the front where the snow enters the machine the augers are both left sided and push the snow out to the right side of the machine making a trail of snow instead of pushing the snow into the middle of the machine, This seems wrong after looking at other Husqvarna snow blowers at lowes, normal augers feed to the middle, Not sure if Husqvarna will fix this issue or replace machine at lowes for 1 that works the proper way,

I don't see snowblowes here in the South but from your image it appear that one side is install backwards. I think it is left side one if the IPL image is drawn right. All depends which way the auger rotates.

Hi James,

I also have a 924HVX and it's a great machine, love it. Your augers are indeed installed backwards. Should be an easy warranty fix to swap them around. Contact Lowes and see what service center they use. What's interesting is that your machine is not the first I've seen this happen to.
