Question:
On 5/23 I called 1-800-829-5886 at around 9:30am, to learn where the belt guides were located for a belt replacement. The guides were not immediately evident in my manual. The tiller HDR500H is long out of warranty. I was told by April that she knew the answer to my question, but would not tell me as I did not have a current plan in place. She suggested Utube, a disappointing solution, as there is nothing relating to my problem there.
If this is the level of customer service I can expect, I will never purchase another Poulan product.

It is appalling that a service technician would say this to a customer. I am disgusted.
