    Question:
Hi, I have a Husqvarna 4623 it runs well but the after it warms up about 1/2 hour of cutting the mower stops cutting intermitting, engages then disengages (on and off cutting causing the deck to jump a little) then stops cutting altogether. I have taken the switch panel off to make sure the plug for the mower pull switch didn’t come loose then checked the fuse then the fuse holder still no luck. It is as if there is a loose connection but what could it be?

I pulled up the service manuel and checked everything except the Electromagnetic coupling, what is it and where is it located?

I traced the elestromagnetic coupling to underneth the mower, I disconnceted the connection and measured the voltage there at 13.5 volts steady and it does not fluxuate when the mower disengages so the trouble must be the coupling that is bad and after only 1 season. I am not impressed with Husqvarna!!!!!!!
