    Question:
I have now tried to order part number 532 18 55-76 THREE times. It is the MULCHER DOOR. It is clearly shown in your parts exploded view as a MULCHER DOOR.
    The mower, like it matters, is 5521CHV,PRODUCT 9614 3000 1 08 21" Serial: 031808M006761.
Hoping to receive a MULCHER DOOR,instead THREE times,THREE...I have received a bag with a piece of paper in it describing the MULCHER DOOR, the correct part number to the MULCHER DOOR, but guess whats inside of it...THREE times now?
    The freakin' DISCHARGE DEFLECTOR,p/n 532 18 55-82.
Am I being clear ? ON THE PAPER,IN THE BAG, the right part number, again, the right name of the part is there on the paper in the bag, but the WRONG part is inside the bag ? THREE TIMES ?
Gee...I wonder what influences people to buy a brand again? Hmmmm.
The dealer got me this WRONG PART IN THE RIGHT BAG once. The next two times Jacks small engine parts did it, even after I called and explained what was going on. Even more of a knee slapper is this WRONG part was not in stock, you've got it, THREE times, so I had to WAIT for lousy service.
And you want to compete with Honda ?
I look forward to your response. Doug Benton (***)***-xxxx dobent4@xxxxx.com

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

It is upsetting that you have experienced this problem.

You should have your source of supply contact the Husqvarna parts or technical department and request that the part be checked for accuracy.

This is something your source of supply will need to do. It is possible that the part was binned wrong or packaged incorrectly. Both sources of supply should know how to handle something like this. If a mistake was made and we were not informed by the source of supply how would we know to correct it. Granted we prefer not to make the mistake, but if the part were shipped wrong we would have to be informed to start the process of verification and then corrected. This should be no more than an hour or two to correct.
