Howdy!
I have a new Husqvarna MZ52LE. The mower deck belt came off. I've tried everything to place it back on by the instructions I've seen. No matter how far or much I move the spring loaded pulls the belt will not fit over the other pully. The belt is very stiff and heavy duty. It just seems the belt is to short. I know it came off so it must go back on. I just need to know the trick to placing it back on. I don't want to have to take the mower in for what should be a simple fix.
Answer
Try putting that B section belt back on all the other pulleys first and then on the spring loaded idler pulley. The belt usually fit deeper in some of the pulleys, especially the PTO pulley, which will make it hard to get back on.
The 539107095 belt is B sec x 143".

Thanks for the reply. I did try that seeing that the pull isn't as deep as the others. But the belt is still short of fitting over and on to it.
