Chainsaws

This not a question, but it is a reply to those who have had and still have problems with the 445 chainsaw leaking large amounts of chain oil. I've had two of these saws and they both leak from the same place. Although a little hard to see, underneath the saw below the oil resevoir you will see a grey colored round part, about a half inch in diameter, it is called an oil screen. This part pushes in and turns to install. It has a plastic to plastic seal. It is obviously a design flaw. Although reported to Husqvarna, they have not done anything to correct the problem. As if they don't want to admit it.
