Husqvarna 330T Snow Thrower will not clear to ground on smooth blacktop driveway.
Details:
Just purchased a Husky 330t Track Drive Snow thrower. With the skids adjusted all the way up, I still can't clear a good 1/2 inch of snow from my driveway. Scraper is at least a 1/2 inch from ground and I cannot see any adjustment to get it closer, other than the skids. The blade/scraper does not appear to adjust.
Machine is near worthless to me if I have to go back out with a shovel to clear a 200 foot driveway.
Any suggestions? I have tried all pedal positions. Reason I bought this unit was because the dealer explained that it has a full forward (down) position that will allow you to scrape very close.
See attached picture. This is a close as I can get it on a very flat blacktop driveway with skids all the way up (lowest setting).
