Yes I purchased a 16" Poulan Pro chain saw. Model # PP3516AVX
Ser # 12261n200008-4. It comes with a carrying case, but the one I have did not have the chain cover for the case. This was the last one the store had in stock so I purchased it anyway and they told me to call the 1-800 number about it. I did and must say you guys have great customer support. the woman on the phone told me i could do one of 2 things e-mail support or go to a re seller for them to order the replacement part. So I decided this maybe easier.
