    I filled out online registration form for the promotional backpack blower tee shirt. This was about two months ago. I was wondering how long does this normally take?

    It takes about 8-10 weeks for the t-shirt to be sent to you.  Please wait two more weeks and if you still haven't received the shirt then come back here and post an update to your original question.

        Well, it is now January 2012 and still not tee shirt. Please let me know if there is someone else I need to contact, or can you send me one?

        Hi Mike,

        I am experiencing the same issue as David Minadeo on this thread. I have still NOT received the Blower T-shirt which I qualified for upon registration of my 350BT back pack blower. This is really not about a "t-shirt" but the principal of the offer presented by Husqvarna, and the apparent lack of follow-through. Here is the registration confirm for the product I purchased:

        Attempting to find any logical way to get an answer via the Husqvarna website is truly annoying, and useless for any real "customer support" which feels very intentional. I have attached a copy of the receipt and confirmation for the t-shirt registration dated 11/9/11. I certainly hope Husqvarna intends to fulfill it's commitment to the consumers that have already made equipment purchases.  Providing disingenuous promotions to sell product is hardly a great business decision.

        Tried calling the main US support phone number. Sounds like they haven't been printed yet, so will be a while.

      I too registered my 350 BT blower and was supposed to receive a t-shirt.  Nothing has arrived.  I registered the product on October 18, 2011.  It is now March 6, 2012 and No "T".
