Question:
I bought a new 455 Rancher with a 20" bar on 7/14/14. When I went to register it to activate the extended warranty program, the page read "error-product already registered". How is this possible? My decision to purchase this was partially based on the total of a four year warranty. If I cannot properly register this product, am I stuck with the standard 2yr warranty? This is the 2nd Husqvarna saw I have owned. Is the system recognizing a previous registration?
